Looking for a place to hang your hat while attending M State? You have a variety of housing options, depending on which of our four campuses you plan to attend. Our Fergus Falls campus is one of only a few community college campuses in Minnesota with on-campus housing. Students on the Moorhead campus can live in the on-campus residence halls at Minnesota State University Moorhead.

M State students have a variety of housing options, depending on which of our four campuses you plan to attend.

Fergus Falls

Our Fergus Falls campus is one of only a few community college campuses in Minnesota with on-campus housing, so you have the convenience of on-campus living along with the benefits that come with apartment life. Both College Manor and Williams Hillside Village feature apartment-style living with single bedroom options.

Our housing options include a meal plan that adds a level of convenience, plus each apartment has cooking facilities so you can prepare your favorite meals.

Detroit Lakes

There are many housing options in the vicinity of M State's Detroit Lakes campus, many within an easy walking distance. Our student services staff keep up with what's available, so they can be an excellent resource when you're making housing arrangements. Moorhead

M State students can live in the on-campus residence halls at Minnesota State University Moorhead. To gain access to the housing portal, which is where you'll apply to live on campus, email housing@mnstate.edu or call 218.477.2118.
